What types of devices can my power station charge?

With the portable power station in hand, there is no reason to be left in the dark if you suddenly lose power. -
How long can l use my Fossibot portabel power station to power my devices?
1. First, you need to check out your device's operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of your F2400's AC port, it can be supported by the F2400.
For example, the FOSSiBOT power station F2400 can run AC devices at 110V and less than 2400W.
2. Then, you can calculate the working time with the following formula: Working time = F2400's Watt-Hours * 0.85 / operating power of your device. Example:
Let's assume your device's power consumption is 700W (might be a microwave), and you want to use the F2400 to run your device.
2048Wh*0.85/700w = Roughly 2.49 hours, the screen will show 2 hours. The screen shows actual minute when it is below 100minutes. Above 100mins below 2.5 hours will show 2 hours. Above 2.5 Hours will show 3 hours.
The data is theretical lab data. Please note the actual power consumption varies based on many factors.

Can l use a third party solar panel to charge my Fossibot power station?
FOSSiBOT power stations can be charged with a third-party brand solar panel. You must match the plug size and input voltage of the FOSSiBOT Power Station you are trying to charge.
For example, third party solar panels for the FOSSiBOT F2400 should have the following specs:
1. The voltage must be between 11.5-50V
2. We included an Anderson to MC4 cable in standard package that can be used to connect the Anderson port on the machine, you can connect to solar panels with this cable
3. Note: We can't, however, recommend other brand products to recharge your FOSSiBOT power station. As we can't guarantee the safety and quality of those products or provide after-sale service for them. It is highly recommended that you purchase the matching FOSSiBOT solar panel(s) for your FOSSiBOT F2400.

ls it possible to use two different wattage solar panels to charge the power station?(Such as 100W and 200w solar panel charging the F2400)
1. It cannot. You would need to use the same parameters of solar panels to charge the power station. It must be sale wattage and same voltage.
2. The 100W solar panel voltage is normally 12V, and the 200W solar panel voltage is normally 18V. Mixing the two would cause the high voltage to flow back to the low voltage, which will damage the circuit and cause damage to the solar panels and power station.

How do l store and charge the Fossibot power station if l don't use it for a long time?
1. We recommend keeping the battery power above 20% when using or storing the power station regularly.
2. A fully charged battery can last for several months. However, please recharge it every 3 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don't use it.

How do l maintain my Fossibot power station?
Charge: 0-40℃ (32-104℉);
Discharge: -15-40℃ (-4-104℉);
Storage: -15-40℃ (-4-104℉).
Technically, it can power electrical devices under such situations, but please avoid charging it. -
How long will my Fossibot power station auto shut off when I’m not in use?
The F2400 AC and DC will shut off if unused (drawing under 25W of power) for 8 hours. The USB ports will auto shut off if unused for 5 minutes.

How do l recharge my Fossibot power station?
There are 3 methods to recharge your FOSSiBOT power station:
1. Charge by wall outlet through the AC charger that comes with the product.
2. Charge by solar panels through the Anderson to MC4 cable that comes with the product
3. Charge by car outlet through the car charging cable that comes with the FOSSiBOT. -

Regarding Fossibot website coupons
Form: When there is a promotion on the official website, the corresponding code information will be displayed on the product page with promotion details.
Rules: Click the copy icon on the right side of the coupon to copy the code. Paste the code into the discount code box at checkout to enjoy the discount.
1. Customers must manually copy the code and enter the code at checkout to enjoy the discount.
2. It cannot be used in combination with other codes (including but not limited to discounts for new subscribers, special group discounts, and celebrity discounts.)
3. The coupon can only be used on the official website (if some large-scale events are synchronized with Amazon, it will be specifically stated on the page).

When will the power station's electric fan turn on?
For FOSSiBOT 2400: The fan will start when the battery temperature reaches 50°C (122°F).
Battery temperature 50℃: weak wind
Battery temperature 55℃：strong wind
Battery temperature 65℃：High temperature protection(battery stops discharging. When battery temperature drops, you can turn on to use it again)

Can l take the Fossibot portable power station on a plane?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Under FAA regulations, you are not allowed to take any battery exceeding 100Wh onto a plane.

Which type of battery is in a Fossibot portable power station?
Each FOSSiBOT power station is made of LiFePO₄(LFP) battery.

What is the difference between Modified Sine Wave inverter and Pure Sine Wave inverter?
Modified sine wave inverters are very affordable. Using a more basic form of technology than pure sine wave inverters, they produce power that is perfectly adequate for powering simple electronics, like your laptop. Modified inverters are best suited for resistive loads which do not have a startup surge.
Pure sine wave inverters use more sophisticated technology to protect even the most sensitive electronics. As a result, pure sine wave inverters produce power which equals – or is better than – the power in your home. Appliances may not function properly or may be permanently damaged without the pure, smooth power of a pure sine wave inverter. -
Where can l find the Serial Number?
Regarding the Serial Number(S/N) location for the FOSSiBOT power station, you can locate it on the bottom of the product label on the back of the station.

The power of my device is within the rated power of the product, but it does not work, what is the reason?
The instantaneous current required to start some devices is more than 3 times the product's operating power, which exceeds the peak power of the power supply, therefore it cannot work with the power station.

How Do I Track My Order?
1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
2). Click "order status"
3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.

Why Isn't My Tracking Updating?
If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact us at support@fossibot.com

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@fossibot.com immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order. Customized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders with Express Shipping cannot be cancelled.

I Placed My Order But Did Not Get A Confirmation.
If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check. Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there. If you signed in through Facebook or Gmail, check the email linked with that. Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order. Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Fossibot. If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

How do I know your site is secure?
Our entire site is secure by way of 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which is the Industry Standard for safe online shopping. What Is Your Return Policy?
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
•Must be in resalable condition
•Must be free from scratches and/or defects
•Must not have been installed
•Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
•Must not have any writing on the original packaging •Must not be missing pieces
•Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Where Is My Refund?
Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

I Returned The Package. When Can I Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
